Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings made between 14th November and 31st December.
1. Deposits for Large Bookings
o Bookings of 20-40 guests require a deposit of £10 per person, payable
within 72 hours of making the booking. Unsecured bookings may be
released after this period.
o Semi-Private and Private hire deposits are detailed via email
communication.
2. Pre-Orders for Festive Menu
o Bookings dining from the set festive menu must submit a pre-order in advance by specified
deadline provided by the reservations team. Failure to do so may result in a ‘drinks-only’
reservation.
o Bookings of 15+ guests must also submit a pre-order if dining in advance by specified
deadline provided by the reservations team. Failure to do so may result in a ‘drinks-only’
reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy for Groups of 25 Guests or Fewer
o Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit.
o Cancellations made with at least 72 hours’ notice will receive a deposit refund, less the Stripe
transaction fee.
o Partial refunds are not possible.
4. Cancellation Policy for Groups Exceeding 25 Guests
o Cancellations with at least 14 days’ notice are eligible for a deposit refund, less the Stripe
transaction fee.
o Cancellations made between 14 days and 72 hours of the booking can either forfeit the
deposit or move the reservation and deposit to an alternative date within 3 months.
o Cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit and cannot change the reservation
date.
5. Reduction in Party Size
o Deposits may be partially forfeited if the group size drops by a third or more within 72 hours
of the booking.
6. Credit Card Details for Smaller Parties
o Parties of 19 guests or fewer must provide credit card details at the time of booking. No
charges will be made initially. However, a no-show fee of £5 per person will be charged if
the party fails to show up or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice.
7. Booking Duration and Extensions
o The duration of your booking will be stated in your confirmation email from OpenTable.
Requests to extend the booking time should be made as soon as possible. Extensions are not
guaranteed.
o Request to extend the booking time should be made by email to

8. Amendments to Bookings
o We will accommodate changes to booking times or dates where possible, but this may not be
feasible at short notice or on busy dates.
o If you wish to change the size of your party, we will accommodate this where possible.
Increased party sizes may require an increased deposit. No partial deposit refunds are given
for reductions in party size.
o We cannot guarantee space for parties exceeding the reserved number. Please contact us if
your party size changes.
9. Late Arrivals
o We have a strict 15-minute grace period for all bookings. Please contact us if you are running
late to avoid losing your table.
